Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors represents a cross-section of our patient community. Each volunteer Board Director shares a passion to give to those in need.  Bring your experience and unique perspective to help Family Health Matters stay on course and map its future.

We are looking for interested patients or community members to join our Board of Directors. If you would like to volunteer and have a voice in the future of Family Health Matters Community Health Center, please email info@nocrhf.org.

Regular board meetings are held once a month in the evening. We can assist with child care and transportation, if needed.
